The project is an infill site onto an original residential garage block to construct 2 No semi-detached 2-bedroom houses and a detached bungalow providing Part M4 (3) fully accessible accommodation. Houses built with traditional methods to meet high energy efficiency requirements.
The site is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac with limited access. The site had contamination issues and required remediation before the commencement of the new build. Resident liaison was critical to enable deliveries and limit disruption to the neighbours.
