The project is an infill site on an original residential garage block located between existing houses and a junior school. The houses consist of a terrace of three 2-bedroom houses and two 3-bedroom semi-detached houses. All constructed to comply with Part M4(2) building regulation standards
The site is located down a narrow pathway between existing houses and a school. Access to materials and logistics has been restricted and worked around the school’s operational day. Liason has been maintained with the school and community meeting held at the school, as well as presentations to the school children and the day-to-day activities and awareness of building sites.
