
The project is an infill site on an original residential garage block located between two existing blocks of apartments. The build is a piled foundation with a concrete frame structure, masonry façade and flat roof. The build includes amenity spaces and a passenger lift. All constructed to comply with Part M4(2) building regulation standards
The site is situated in a very tight space requiring detailed logistical planning. The site also has trees with preservation orders that need to be protected during the works. Community liaison is provided with bi-monthly meetings with the residents’ association.
