
The project is an infill site on an original residential garage block located between existing houses and apartment blocks. The build is a piled foundation with concrete frame structure, masonry façade and flat roof. The build includes amenity spaces and a passenger lift. Three of the apartments are compliant with part M4 (3), fully accessible with the remainder being compliant with part M4 (2).
The site had several party wall issues to be overcome before commencement, and continued to provide restrictions to the site. The building is a long, thin shape and presents logistical problems in distributing materials around and on the site. Community liaison had been through the local ward councillor, and a regular update is kept via
