
The project is an infill site on an original residential garage block located between existing houses and apartment blocks. The build is a piled foundation with a concrete frame structure, masonry façade and flat roof. The build includes amenity spaces and a passenger lift. Two of the apartments are compliant with part M4 (3), fully accessible with the remainder being compliant with part M4 (2).
The site is situated adjacent to a block of existing apartments and an electrical substation located in the site’s demise. Access has been maintained for the substation as well as protective measures. Community liaison has been maintained with monthly newsletters and community meetings.
